Murphy-Cates LCA is much more than a full-time private school. We are witnessing success after success where others have failed, while working directly with a wide range of students who bring with them many opportunities and an assorted array of gifts.

The children who come to us clearly possess a latent potential for learning, previously untapped in traditional educational settings. Often gifted students do not find success in ordinary public or private schools, simply because those schools are not equipped or designed to handle each child as an individual. The education professionals of the Murphy-Cates Learning Center and Academy want your children to succeed, love learning, and enjoy pride in achievement. Whether a student is a full-time or part-time student at the Academy, or works one-on-one with our tutors at the Learning Center, academic success and a love of learning are our goals.
